Job Description:
• Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solution working with development team
• Bring in strong business process knowledge on OTC processes and integration with cross modules like Finance, MM, TM, EWM etc.
• Build global O2C template and proposes process improvement plans • Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements
• Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
• Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and development team adoption of Agile methodology
• Ensure effective communication to all stake holders from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective
